- Warm full wine, delicate and rich aromas, but very powerful strength. Wine worthy of respect and admiration and when you finally dare to taste it, this noble prince who sits in the magnificent to the amphitheaters of Plešivica, it will capture your eye and nose, and fill your mouth with intoxication and imperceptibly surround yourself with a fine web of your magic and evoke a desire to drink again.
Copper amber in color, clear with a medium-density crystal reflection. On the nose, a medium to intense scent of candied tropical fruit. Tastes balanced, medium-bodied, finely blended alcohol in freshness and minerality.
Pour a bottle of pinot grigio with lighter fish like tilapia, sea bass, sole and cod. Pinot Gris goes great with creamy sauces, smoked foods and a variety of risottos. It can be served with black risotto, roasted turkey, veal cheeks, meat carppacio. Avoid spicy foods with this style of wine.
