- The white dry wine Ex Cathedra from the Erdevik winery was created by selecting the highest quality Sauvignon Blanc grapes, grown in our own vineyards, on the southwestern slopes of Fruška gora, near the Danube river. It is produced similarly to Omnibus Lector, except that new French oak barrels with a capacity of 500 liters are used for fermentation. Six months Ex Cathedra aged in barricaded oak barrels and matured in a bottle for at least one year. It is a wine of subtle and elegant fruit aromas with seductive minerality, which gives it a feeling of freshness. Layered, aromatic and well-balanced, fresh and long-lasting wine, tempting finesse and expression. Dry, with some citrus notes, without sharp acidity.
Serving temperature: 10-12 °C. Gastro recommendation: with bone marrow with baked parmesan and pink pepper.
