- A wine beauty that shines from the glass with an elegant ruby glow. While you are gorgeous, expressive and rich varietal aroma excites the sense of smell, you feel raspberries, strawberries and cherries mixed with roses and violets, creating perfect harmony and intoxicating you with the most seductive scent of all the scent of this wondrous and magical wine. It is ruby in color, of medium density.
Pronounced aromas, rich and layered such as blackberries, dominated by raspberries, in hints of tertiary aromas reminiscent of skin and forest mushrooms. Pleasant silky texture, fruity taste, finely balanced medium body.
Freshly. It is recommended to drink it from a Burgundy "balloon" glass. Very versatile wine for pairing with food due to its high acidity and lower tannins. Pinot Noir goes especially well with duck, chicken, pork, veal, mushrooms and blue fish.
Recommended serving temperature 15-18°C.
