- This is a typical representative of the variety where quiet fruity tones are complemented by herbal notes and a dose of fine minerality. It has aromas of grapefruit, lime, herbs and school chalk, it brings freshness to the palate, perfectly balanced acids, playful layers of notes that trigger a new impression with each mouthful. First, there are Granny Smith apples, followed closely by lemon grass and lemon balm, notes of fresh hay, working towards a crescendo of juicy peaches in the finish.
Serving temperature: 7-9 °C. Gastro recommendation: Grilled or baked white-fleshed fish, turkey and chicken, asparagus.
