Yellow with a golden sheen, medium density. High intensity on the nose, rich scratching aromas. The taste is pronounced freshness, fruity character, medium-long finish.
Widely suited gastronomic wine that can be drunk with sushi, fish carpaccio, raw shrimp, a variety of white fish as well as classic dishes served with sauvignon, such as risotto, asparagus, nicoise salad and younger goat cheeses.
