- Šoškić Šljivovica Plum Brandy is produced from the autochthonous Croatian plum variety, Bistrica, a highly valued plum variety that is very difficult to find nowadays. It was distilled in a copper cauldron and aged for six months in oak barrels with a capacity of five hundred liters. Aged in oak barrels, plum brandy acquires a rich plum aroma as well as a magnificent golden hue, saturated with pleasant notes of oak.
Crystal clear, specific taste and intense aroma dominated by plums. The suggested serving temperature is 8-12°C. Ideal to serve as an aperitif, well chilled, no ice.
