- When we feel the urge to experiment and play some games with the wine, then we take a little Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot, either from inox tanks or from barrique barrels- and that’s how we get our pet Cuvee. The subtleties are the result of harvest, and the base of this creation always makes a mature and complex scent, a real whirl of fruit (black currant, plum, blueberry ...), spices (pepper, nutmeg, vanilla, sweet root) and herbal aromas (mint, paprika), with notes of black chocolate, cedar, toast and smoke. The richness of the aroma continues throughout the taste, to which solid, mature and well-integrated tannins, together with fresh acids, give great stability to the wine. There is remarkable power in this wine beneath the layers of elegance, sealed with an intense ending of fruit-spice character.
Our Cuvee is designed for those who have enough confidence or for those who would like to build it; to those who know what they want, from wine, from life ... With classics or some lighter jazz everything will be much clearer, and if, after old, strong cheeses, pasta with stronger red sauces, roasted meat, home-cooked dishes, and barbecue, you end with chocolate desserts, then nothing else shall matter any longer. Then, the sounds of the accordion are welcome too. Our Cuvee has many good friends. At 10-14°C.
