Shipping & Pickups

Where do you deliver?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Zagreb, Croatia (CRO, European Union). We use mainly DHL or DPD for shipments all around Europe. Also we deliver within the United States of America (States are listed below). Due to state regulations, certain products can only be shipped to certain states and can be paid trough certain providers. Please see the shipping information for the product you are interested in at checkout to determine where it can be shipped. You can check everything during checkout process before payment.

* We cannot deliver to Guam, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO (AE/AP/AA) addresses, and PO Boxes.


If you are looking for a shipping rate - just put products to your cart, go to the cart, mark the final destination country and you will automatically see your shipping rate.

How is my package delivered?

All packages are delivered via DPD, DHL or Hrvatska pošta. The courier delivers between Monday and Friday.

When will my order arrive?

CRO / SLO - If the items you ordered are in stock, we will give it to the courier before the end of the day. This means that you will get your order no later than 2 days to Croatia and Slovenia. Expected transit times for other countries - check section shipping rates.


EU - European Union - If the items you ordered are in stock, we will give it to the courier before the end of the day. This means that you will get your order no later than 2 days to Croatia and Slovenia. Estimated delivery time for other EU countries - 3-7 Days (Business days).


Sweden Shipping - Packages are sent by DPD courier service https://www.dpd.com/hr/hr/primanja-paketa/parcel-tracking/ . When the package arrives in Sweden, it will pick up the Swedish PostNord, which will deliver the package to you. For all information about the package you can contact DPD at customerservice@dpd.hr or send an inquiry to PostNord https://www.postnord.se/en .Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Romania


United Kingdom - We ship everything with 0% VAT and without paying any duties BUT it is super easy to process everything and it is CHEAP. When you receive your package, you have to pay your local VAT (20%) and a small payment for customs clearance provided by DHL. Generally please count around 23% (VAT + customs clearance).


Switzerland - We ship everything with 0% VAT and without paying any duties BUT it is super easy to process everything and it is CHEAP. When you receive your package, you have to pay your local VAT (7%) and a small payment for customs clearance provided by DHL. Generally please count around 10% (VAT + customs clearance).


US - We usually require 2-5 business days to prepare your shipment and we ship once a week from our location. We always provide two tracking links: one from Zagreb to our HUB in California, the second tracking link will be the final one, from our Hub in California to the costumers location (both the two tracking’s contains a delivery estimate).
To legally import alcohol into the USA, the goods must be imported through an importer based in the country. This is the reason for this kind of shipment process.

Croatia free shipping?

If your order is above 50 EUR, shipping is free. Any order totalling below 50 EUR, you will pay a standard shipping rate of 6,00 EUR.

Local pickup

You can pick up your orders on location Slavonska Avenija 56A, 10 000 Zagreb, on working hours 08-15h, between Monday and Friday.

How will I know the delivery time?

As soon as the order is ready to be shipped, you will get a tracking code. For special items, we will notify you as soon as the order is ready and make an appointment that best suits your schedule.

If I buy several items, will they be delivered together?

If you order more than one item, we will do our best to send everything together. We like to consider the environment, so if you are not in a hurry for a specific item, we will send everything in one shipment once we have the complete order ready (unless there is an item with an extraordinary delivery time).

Is there anything else I should be mindful of?

You must be of legal drinking age in your country to purchase spirits. In addition, a person of legal drinking age must sign for the order. As deliveries usually happen during business hours, we suggest shipping to a work address if possible.

Since we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we do not accept liability for costs associated with shipping to temporary locations (hotels, holiday homes, etc.) in case of failed deliveries.

What happens if my order returns?

If the delivery address is incorrect, delivery declined, or if all delivery attempts fail, we may deduct repackaging and return costs from your refund. In case of a failed delivery, the courier will leave a door tag. We suggest contacting your local delivery service to ensure a successful delivery. Our primary focus is to assist our members and resolve issues in your favor whenever possible, regardless of courier responsibility. Also, there may be cases where your assistance is required to resolve the issue effectively.


In case of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will leave a door tag. Make necessary arrangements with the courier service to ensure delivery or pickup at the nearest courier depot before the shipment is returned.


Our customer care is quick to assist if something goes wrong due to courier-related issues. We always resolve these in your favor—either by resending or fully refunding, depending on the circumstances. In some instances, we might require your help with resolving the issue.

What if there's an issue with my shipment?

We do our best when it comes to packaging to provide maximum protection for its contents. In the rare case of receiving damaged or incorrect goods, please notify us within 1 week of the delivery date, and we will be happy to arrange an exchange. If a replacement item(s) is not available, you will be issued a refund once the item(s) in question are returned in the condition they were received.


In such cases, please send over photos of the product(s) and a photo of the packaging, as this will speed up the resolution time. Hold onto the product(s), even in case of breakage, as the vendor may request it be returned for successful resolution.


If your tracking details suggest that your order has been delivered but you have not received the goods, please notify us within 1 week of the stated delivery date at the latest. In order to locate the package, we will require your cooperation and assistance with getting relevant information from people and services that have access to your deliveries. If your order tracking has not shown any progress within the last 5-10 days please reach out and our team will assist.

My shipment was seized—what now?

We are not familiar with the intricacies of import laws for every country. It is your responsibility to be familiar with law in your country before ordering. We're not able to estimate any additional fees you may be charged by your country's authorities. We cannot be held responsible for any orders that are seized, impounded or have additional duty charged on them.

Shipping and Return Costs

Clients may purchase from our store and normal shipping fees will apply.
We do our best to keep return shipping and repackaging costs to a minimum; however, the return fee is mutually exclusive to any discount applied to an order and the fee we charge initially. This means that the return shipping might differ slightly from the outbound shipping (standard shipping rates apply).
