- Stina Plavac mali masterpiece is a wine that is characterized by richness of smell and taste, and roundness and elegance in the mouth. Masterpiece is the right name for this kind of wine. Stina showed once again that something as noble as this can be drunk... as if you put a jelly in your mouth, dry and thick, fruity and rich... you can feel plum, chocolate, vanilla. The tannins are silky on the palate, and the fruitiness is rich.
Controlled fermentation in steel tanks and wooden containers. Maceration for 20 to 40 days. Malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. Selection of tanks and later selection of barrels in the basement. It matures for 24 months in new barrels. It is extractive and full, but at the same time elegant with a perfectly blended barrel component. Serving temperature: 18 °C. Gastro-recommendation: it is recommended with mature cheeses and grilled meat.
