Vivid, straw yellow color. It is very fragrant on the nose, with a pronounced fruity aroma dominated by ripe white fruits, mostly apricots. After a while, the distinctive citrus notes begin to appear and give the wine a fresh scent. The mouthfeel is fresh, but also full. The taste of honey and ripe fruit is slightly felt, with an enjoyable salinity at the end. The finish is lasting and enjoyable.
Gastro recommendation:
Perfect in combination with traditional dishes such as buzara (fish stew), popara (bread mash) and grilled fish. It goes very well with shellfish and molluscs.
