  • The wine is golden yellow in colour, with mild aromas of ripe peach, apricot and yellow apple on the nose and palate. There are indications of white chocolate and butter aromas too. The wine can be enjoyed immediately, however, it has a potential to be stored and consumed in some time.
    Hand-picked grapes are carefully processed and matured in order to preserve Pošip’s authenticity and emphasize its rich character. Fermentation is controlled on selected yeasts, and is carried out 50% in wooden casks and 50% in barrique barrels. Maturation takes place in stainless steel. This way of aging gives the wine fullness and creaminess, while maintaining a pronounced freshness and minerality.
