Fermented and aged in barrique.
Dry white wine with light yellow color with green undertones. It exhibits intense aroma of linden, almond, chestnut and sweet melon aromas, and the taste is harmonious and full bodied with buttery aromas and powerful, intense finish.
Serving temperature 12°C - 13°C. Combination with food -lobster, sea bass in buttery sauce, turkey with truffles, scallops, ripe sheep cheese.

• Oak ageing: 6 months in new French oak barrels
• Bottle ageing potential: 4-6 years
