A superior symbiosis between Syrah (65%) matured in new French oak barrels and Grenache Noir (35%) aged in concrete tanks.
Possessing a unique deep purple color this wine has pronounced forest fruit aromas, dominated by blackberries and raspberries, accompanied by pepper, sweet oriental spices and aromatic herbs.
Flavors of licorice and violet, followed by a velvety fine grained tannins and an elegant long finish.
Food pairing: roasted duck, aged beef, beef stroganoff and pork chop with ceps at 16-18°C.
