- This is our best known wine and the pride of our cellar, which is produced from the international varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, which are exceptionally well suited by our terroir, which strongly determines their character. The wine is aged for two years in oak barrels and has a strong and full flavour and an exceptionally dark colour, with wonderful aromas of berries and secondary mineral tones.
Recommendations for food pairing: An excellent accompaniment with mature Pag lamb, all types of steak, and aged Pag cheeses.
