  • A lively and juicy wine with a fruity character and pronounced spicy notes. A nice and deep dark red hue with violet reflections. The smell is layered.n Herbal notes such as moss are intertwined with ripe sour cherries and hints of dark chocolate, all spiced by a mild tinge of smokiness. The taste is very lively and delectable, sealed with some bitterness. The acidity is mildly pronounced, the fruitiness has a solid presence, while the finish is pleasantly bitter.
    Characteristics: A juicy and fruity character, modern style, dynamic.
    Pairing: With roast beef cuts, roast duck and goose, game dishes, aged and well-matured harder cheeses. Serving: 14-16 °C
