- The aromas of peach, pear and gooseberry dominate the intense aroma of the wine. The cups developed a complex floral scent of violets and acacias. The taste of the wine is harmonious and elegant. The persistent structure of the wine is characterized by a long-lasting, sparkling, sharp finish on the palate with accentuated aromas of Vingoradar peach, rose, violet, apricot and citrus.
Serving temperature: 7-8 °C. Gastro recommendation: Spaghetti with anchovies in carbonara sauce. Artichokes stuffed with goat cheese.
