In order to experience the breadth of an entire range of feelings in just one sip, we make our brandy from the finest plums that are hand-picked on our plantations. Natural fermentation, without the addition of selected yeasts and enzymes, makes our Gorda Plum a completely natural product.
The color of oak wood and the shine of copper are not just tones we can find in a bottle of Gorda. This brandy is distilled in hand-made copper cauldrons and then matured for another seven years in barrels made of chopped and lightly toasted oak.
Seven years of patience, as well as love and knowledge, help bring all of Gorda's sensations to your palate!
