- Special microclimate conditions and position of Korlat vineyards have created this robust wine of a very dark, deep, almost black colour with a characteristic purple reflection. Its aromatic profile is defined by a rich variety of aromas such as plum, blackberry, black currant and a discreet note of seasoning. Wine is full-bodied, harmonic, concentrated with aromas and a slight freshness with a lot of ripe tannins. Careful, long nurture in oak casks and mild remains of unfermented sugar join in a form of a unique wine for special moments.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Chilled to 18°C , it blends with a mature, strong cheese, roast beef, roast lamb, veal, venison tartar beefsteak, plum strudel and cherry
