This wine has a deep garnet red colour with blood-red reflections. The nose is elegant with aromas of sweet spices, star anise and pepper accompanied by floral notes and hints of cherry liqueur. Elegant, succulent taste dominated by red fruits, blackcurrant, all accompanied by sweet spices, round tannins and long aftertaste. Ready to drink now or within next 5 years.
Food pairing: Lamb cutlets with rosemary and roasted potatoes, beef ragu with gnocch and beef steak with boletus sause at 16-18°C.
