- Straw yellow wine with a golden reflection. On the nose, there is a very complex sensation with accentuated notes of pineapple, citrus and melon, revealing the notes of butter, toasted hazelnuts, fine wood and vanilla in the background.
On the palate, the wine is rich and concentrated, with creamy texture and more mature acids. The finish is long-lasting and harmonious.
It pairs well with dishes based on baked fish, white meat, feathered game and veal, and also with semi-aged cheeses.
