Intense aromas of mature fruits - apricot, peach, nectarine, quince, yellow pear, with a discreet scent of olive, are finely refracted through the fresh and juicy acids in the full body of this wine.
The taste of our Posip will last after each sip, especially with white and blue fish, pasta with rich white sauces, mature cheeses, smoked white meat and fruit salads. Ideally with a romantic sunset, all-night party with friends, serious life thinking and deep concentration ... “Unaccompanied”, or with a little heavier and more serious music, when you want the night to last.
