Medium-bodied dry wine with refreshing acidity. It is characterized by well–outlined and intensive aromas of lime, gooseberry and acacia with hints of asparagus and wet stones. It has well concentrated flavor of ripe lemon juice, followed by notes of white peach and a hint of passion fruit, and harmonious and succulent lemony medium finish.
Serving temperature 8°C - 9°C. Combination with sour green salads, grilled fish, creamy or mid-ripe goat cheese, vegetables, grilled poultry and pork chops.
