- The wine is crystal clear, of a deep straw color with a hint of young gold. A pronounced and fine yellow apple and iris aroma with exotic notes of melon, lime, and lychee. On the palate, it is round and soft, almost salty, very extractive with a tendency to sweetness.
Serve with warm appetizers such as: grilled scallops, seafood pasta, white fish fillet roasted in a pan with roasted vegetables.
