  • It is a white wine with the aroma of dried fruit, aromatic herbs and sweet spices from an oak barrel. The taste is complex, extremely mineral and fresh.
    The harvest took place at the beginning of August. Technology: traditional – 21 days of maceration/fermentation with natural yeasts. Blended on its own lees after fermentation, then aged for 6 months in a new 500 liter oak barrel. Best served at a temperature of 12˚C.
