  • The Dalmatian Dog is a red wine of vivid ruby color, fragrant with Maraska cherries and herbs. It tastes fruity with live acids and a medium body.
    The grape harvest for this wine began in mid-September 2018. Maceration with fermentation lasted 8 days; natural malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks and 6 months in used barrique barrels.
