  • The wine is a bright, straw color with a slight greenish tinge and very lively reflections. The bubbles are small, numerous and persistent, both in the glass and on the palate. It has a fresh aromatic profile of wildflowers, white vineyard peaches and lime.It is very fresh and soft on the palate. The taste is syrupy and persistent.
    Food pairing: serve well chilled, between 5 and 7 °C, in a flute glass, as an aperitif, with finger food and cold fish appetizers (raw Kvarner shrimp, raw oysters with green apple vinaigrette).
