- Red dry wine with exceptional fruitiness, fullness and balanced tannins. The seductive and extremely complex aroma is dominated by notes of cherry, blueberry, currant and pomegranate, which is complemented by the taste of vanilla and dark chocolate, obtained by aging the wine for two years in new barrique barrels made of the best American, French and Slavonian oak. A good ratio of relatively high levels of alcohol and wine acids gives this wine an exceptional potential for growth and aging.
The best companion for this wine is game and red meat, especially Pašticada in Dalmatian style, as well as a selection of fatty cheeses. Serve, decanted, at a temperature between 15 and 18˚C.
