Natural homemade brandy is our synonym for health, variety - due to the wealth of different varieties that can be used in its production and authenticity based on the traditional recipe used in its creation. It is distinguished by its crystal clarity, mild and fruity character, with a recognizable aroma of ripe apples. Štršljen apple brandy is recognizable by its delicate, pleasant and exquisitely rich taste, and its freshness that reminds of the smell after rain. It was obtained by double distillation and carefully stored in French Radoux barrels.
It is very important to emphasize that our cider is not used as a base in the production of other Stršljen brandy, as in many industries, it is a base by itself, without mixing with other brandies.
It is excellent as an aperitif with cheeses and salads. Also, in recent times it is more and more appreciated as a part for cocktails, due to its rich fruit profile.
