- Every year, the ultimate goal is to make the best possible Kremen. This year has been very good, but at the same time very demanding. Wines from warm years are often too concentrated, without elegance and finesse. However, the flint terroir helped us create a wine that is strong, but at the same time has freshness, elegance and balance of all components. It wasn’t easy, but we made a great wine. The scent is layered and sumptuous. The aromas of plum, black currant, eucalyptus, tobacco leaf and coffee are dominant, and will only develop with further aging. The content of tannins is high, but the quality is excellent, so they are soft and in excellent balance with acids. The taste of the wine is clean, fruity and very long lasting.
Food pairing: Aged ribeye steak, medium roast beefsteak, slow roast pork ribs, lamb chops, beef stew.
