  • When we reduced the quince distillate to 24% alcohol, and after two years of patient waiting combined it with honey – we got nothing less than Medunja, a quince-based honey liqueur. Some consider this drink an aperitif, others a dessert, others a medicine in a glass, and all of them have only one thing in common – a guaranteed sweet smile after tasting.
    Tasting recommendation:
    Serve at a temperature of 14 -18◦C, patiently wait a few minutes after pouring, to release the aroma.
