- A mix of volcanic soils and gravely loam results in a structured wine that reflects the Tikves terroir. Individual lots of Syrah, Vranec, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot were fermented and matured to reveal varietal characteristics before blending. The wine has delicate pepery spicyness and savoury backbone.
It is best served at 15-17°C with roast pork, prosciutto, venison, fatty cheese, lamb and veal.
