- Colorless apricot brandy with preserved fruit flavor and aroma, baked and nurtured in a monastery from the 13th century. Ripe apricots are cleaned and ground and left to ferment for 3 weeks. Brandy is baked in the traditional way using modern technology.
The Kovilj Monastery pays special attention to the aging of brandy, so this brandy is aged in the monastery cellars for at least three years. During this time, the fruit ingredients calm down, the brandy acquires its rounded taste and aroma.
