Extra virgin olive oil with a free fatty acid content of 0.08 to 0.2% is obtained by cold processing of olives from our own olive groves. Top quality olive oil requires healthy quality fruit, manual harvesting, cold processing within 12 hours, storage of oil in stainless steel barrels without the presence of air at a temperature of 18°C and bottling under the strictest technological conditions. The oil obtained in this way is the richest in nutritionally valuable elements and has a pronounced aromatic note.
In every drop of this extra virgin olive oil, centuries-old tradition and the most modern agricultural techniques and production technology are combined.
