- Straw yellow colour, fine and plentiful bubbles. Initially offering more mature notes of peach and pear, while unfolding aromas of white flowers, acacia, citrus and hazelnuts, and toast with a slight note of yeast and brioche.
The taste is creamy, rounded and elegant in structure, with long finish marked by very pleasant freshness.
It is recommended as an aperitif and in pairing with cold appetizers based on fish, shellfish, crabs, salmon and white meat.
