- Plavac is our basic wine from used to create Stagnum. It is produced from grapes of the plavac mali variety from the steep terraced vineyards from the southern slopes of the Pelješac Peninsula. A wine that says a lot about the rigorousness of our production. The fermentation happens spontaneously using only indigenous yeasts, and aging takes place in large Slavonian oak barrels. The wine is unfiltered, with minimal sulfite content.
Recommendations for food pairing: Blue fish, dried meat and hard cheeses. Serving temperature: 16-18 °C
