  • Testament Plavac Mali is a dark ruby red wine, opaque in color, with aromas of ripe plum, carob and spices. The taste is opulent, elegant and powerfully structured.
    Manual harvesting was done in mid-September. Technologically, the wine is macerated with fermentation for 10 days. Natural malolactic fermentation (conversion of malic acid into lactic acid) is enabled.
