- Created from the highest quality South American sugar cane, this rum is carefully fermented and distilled to achieve the perfect balance of flavor and aroma. Its smoothness and drinkability make it an ideal choice to enjoy in its pure form, with the addition of ice or in your favorite cocktails.
We use dehydrated sugarcane juice, not molasses, which gives our rum a special freshness and fruitiness. A medium-long fermentation follows, which enables the development of rich aromas and complexity of taste. This process requires patience and attention, but the result is a rum that stands out for its balance and drinkability.
Distillation is an art in itself, and in the Martinovic distillery we practice it with the utmost dedication and precision. We use modern copper boilers, which are known for their ability to extract the finest aromas from the raw material. Our distillation is slow and careful, allowing only the finest ingredients to be extracted from the sugar cane juice.
Subara white rum is not aged in wooden barrels, but in stainless steel tanks. This process allows the rum to retain its purity and freshness, without being affected by notes from the wood.
