- A wine with a delicate and seductive pink color. The aromas range from young red cherries to raspberries. A refreshing character that makes it an ideal choice on hot summer days. The grapes for the Rose wine come from our vineyard in Komarna, which is in an ecological cultivation and processing system - without the use of mineral fertilizers and pesticides.
The wine is produced using the technology of white wines from red grapes Plavac Mali and Syrah, with the harvest being carried out earlier (first half of September) in order to obtain lower alcohol and pleasant acids. Before arriving in the cellar, the grapes are cooled to 10°C before pressing and are protected from the harmful effects of oxygen during processing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks where the temperature is controlled at 12 -14°C. After fermentation, the wine stabilizes and clears and is ready for bottling (mid-March next year).
Gastro recommendation:
It is recommended to serve with salads, pasta, softer cheeses and shrimp. It is served at a temperature of 12 to 14°C.
