- Dry red wine obtained by blending carefully-selected varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and blue Frankish The wine is ruby red in colour and it has a harmonious bouquet with prevailing notes of currants, blackberries and dry prunes. Aging in oak barrels gave additional fullness and great balance of tannin of our basic red wine, available on the market four years after the grape harvest
It is recommended to pair it with red meat, game, high fat cheeses, spaghetti and lasagna. The optimum serving temperature is 16 to 18° C. Wine decanting is recommended before consumption.
