  • The Sloe Gin uses our award-winning Botanical Gin, macerated for three months with locally hand-picked wild sloe berries. This slow process creates a rich, warm red hue and a perfectly balanced bittersweet flavor. On completion of the maceration we carefully add a sweetener to give it the final distinctive taste.
    The palate brings on a faint impression of sour cherries and almonds, leaving an aftertaste reminding you that there is a signature Botanical Gin hidden in there.
    The inside of the label represents the Sloe berries of the Island.
