- Vertiz is a rosé wine from the Pinot Noir variety, produced in the Vertiz winery, in Levački Vinogorje. Levačko Vinogorje stretches on the northwestern slopes of the Juhor mountain, where grape production has been carried out since ancient times with special care. The climate is moderate continental, and the vineyards are far from industrial centers. Grapes are harvested by hand, and vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is also aged in stainless steel tanks.
Serving temperature: 7-8 °C. Gastro recommendation: from fresh oysters, through grilled shrimp and octopus to roasted quail.
