  • Natural homemade brandy made from the valued variety of Williams pear, which is harvested at the moment of full maturity, i.e. when the pear fruit is juicy and at its sweetest. It was created in the Stršljen distillery in the traditional way, by double distillation. Hornet brandy has a characteristic fruity smell of pear, sophisticated, intense and fresh. The taste of Štršljen Williamovka is harmonious, with a long aftertaste effect and a very exciting and gentle finish.

    For Stršljen Williamovka, we guarantee that it goes well with almost all palates and all specialties.  Our viljamovka was created to follow the rhythm of perfection with its character, such as steaks, lamb chops, veal under the comb or marinated pork ribs. It goes well in the compositions of some cocktails, but also in combination with various sweets, especially when you want to give your favorite cake a taste of top quality.
