Žilavka is a first-class, dry white wine. With its crystal clear, greenish-yellow colour, its characteristic aroma, the harmonious ratio between alcohols and acids and its outstanding extract, the Žilavka is a very special grape variety. The full, fruity aroma of this high-quality local grape variety produces a wine with very special qualities. Well known for centuries, it is pressed exclusively in the Mostar wine-growing area. This is a superb quality wine with a surprisingly long-lasting taste, a full flavour and an elegant fruity.
Serving temperature 10°C - 12°C. Combination with food - cheese, pasta, white meat and fish.
