- Intense dark red ruby color and aroma of ripe fruits, like sour cherry. After the wine breathe a little bit in the glass, spicy notes such as coffee, dark chocolate and vanilla appears, thanks to aging in old oak barrels. On the palate, the wine is intensive, fruity, with balanced tannins and full-bodied. The finish is long and fruity with some traces of coffee and black pepper.
Recommendations for food pairing: Grill, steak or rump steak, greasier fish, winter richer menu especially winter continental cuisine like ham hock or roast shank. Serving temperature: 16-20 °C
