High-quality dry red wine from indigenous variety Babić that performs excellently on the rocky soil of the Šibenik area. The wines of this variety are known as wines with fruity aroma, full flavour and expressed originality. We grow Babić in our youngest, organic vineyard on the hills of Jadrtovac, and after hand-harvesting and processing, the wine ages in large wooden barrels of Slavonian oak.
Zlatan Babić is a red ruby wine, with a recognizable scent of cherry and dark berry fruits. Rounded wine with warm, pleasant alcohols, nice freshness and moderate tannins. Taste is dominated by pleasant fruity aromas of cherries, red plums and berry fruits.
Gastro recommendation:
Dalmatian prosciutto, meat or grilled spicy fish, venison. It is served at a temperature of 14 to 18°C.
